The hotel had a marvellous location so close to Federal Street. Moreover, it's near to Queen Street, Auckland, the harbour and local bars. Amazing and outstanding breakfast with chocolate fountain, and the staff was pretty friendly.  

Our room was upgraded to a stylish superior king room with a lovely view of the water. The hotel provided very fast internet and even an iron for our convenience. The location was perfect, right near the convention center. 

The staff was amazingly nice, providing an excellent service. The room was decent sized, the bathroom was modern. The hotel had marvellous continental breakfasts.

The room was quiet and airy with great views north west across the harbour. The property was in the heart of the city.You could walk to a supermarket and a convenience shop.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, very close to a convenience store located opposite which is handy, all the downtown attractions and city center.

Staff were amiable and super friendly at any hour!!

The room was decent size with a nice view and I appreciated the urban-style building. The breakfast was marvellous and reasonably priced with smoked salmon, a wide assortment of offerings and congealed eggs. The location was good and absolutely perfect 

Delicious continental breakfast at the restaurant 🥐. The room was simple yet modern, equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and even an iron if you need one. Super convenient location, right on High Street!

The service here was excellent, and the continental breakfast was well presented; the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the onsite "Cut" restaurant, Viaduct Harbour, and the Sky City Casino. 

We enjoyed staying 2 nights here. By and large, it was a decent place for sightseeing in Auckland.- We had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk.- The hotel had a very central location to everything in the city. 

Modern hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Favourable location close to the metro station, in the really cool area. 10 minutes walk to Skytower.

Fresh and tidy facilities, and a fantastic location near the town hall 🌟.

the service was very good. the location was excellent and unbeatable for traveling around Auckland, just next door to two blocks away from Queen Street.

Comfortable beds and pillows, great location, amazing view of Sky Tower.

It was newly renovated, fashionable and with 2 double beds. The location was good, close to an indoor swimming pool.
